Did you say Newark?

The conference will be taking place at the Newark Liberty International Airport Marriott in Newark, NJ. Newark is within the NYC metropolitan area, and in close range of all of the NYC airports and regular bus and train transport to Manhattan. We recommend that those flying in for the conference fly into Newark if at all possible; public transportation to the Newark airport will also allow you to take a free shuttle between the hotel and the airport (technically, it's on airport grounds!).

Hotel rates

Room rates are $89/night for all rooms regardless of the number of people staying in them. We're only guaranteed our group rate on reservations made through June 30, so please make your reservation directly with the Marriott soon.

Accessibility

The hotel, rooms, bathrooms and all conference facilities are wheelchair-accessible. Additionally, there is ramp access to the pool (though no lift). Please read more about our low-scent policy and other accessibility info.
