What does my registration include?

New! This year, everything is rolled into registration fees. Registration now covers Fri. and Sat. night lodging, entertainment, facilities, dance, pool parties, and 6 meals (Fri. eve. through Sunday lunch).

Is this year more expensive?
Unfortunately, the earlybird deadline has passed. (Rates went up $50 starting August 1). Because paying for the conference and lodging up front is a hardship for many, we encouraged people to pay in installments through July 31. Last year, we required registration in advance and everyone paid hotel costs individually. This year, registration is prepaid and includes both conference fees/food *and* lodging.

Costs are about the same or less for those who need help the most, including a new option this year to camp indoors or outdoors.  Otherwise, private and privately shared rooms are somewhat more expensive this year, but do include *6* (organic!) meals instead of 3.5 meals for all. For those who cannot afford private rooms, we encourage the more affordable shared room options (2-3 per room), which have comfortable, solid beds (not flimsy cots), multiple bathrooms, and allow you to request specific roommates. We know that those used to private hotel lodgings may find this change to be a difficult transition. The trade-off is that this retreat center offers us GROUP PRIVACY with OUR OWN PRIVATE retreat and better overall facilities! This space is a rare opportunity to create real community.

This year, attendance is capped at only ~100 people, and it fills up fast!  Please make sure to register early. Your space is not reserved until we have your payment in our hands.

How will I know that my space is reserved?

You'll get a confirmation from us over e-mail if you give us your e-mail address or snail mail if you don't.  If you don't hear from us, that means that we didn't receive your payment.

How much is this shindig?

The entire weekend (not counting transportation to the facilities) will cost anywhere from $250 - $650, depending on your room choices and a sliding scale.

Is there Financial Assistance available to help me attend?
Financial Assistance has now closed for this year's conference. If you have already applied and are awaiting an offer, you should be hearing back shortly. Funds have been committed and spent on nearly 50% of currently registered attendees.

NOLOSE is an amazing organization with a history of extending aid to many folks. This and last year, nearly 50% of attendees benefited from financial assistance thanks to the dedicated efforts of fundraising volunteers. This is a unique feat for a non-profit organization our size.

Cancellation policy: refundable in full (minus any online Paypal fees) on cancellations through July 31. After Aug. 1, we can only refund 75%.
