[Nolose-announce] a few things as we draw ever closer

Hey there.
Just wanted to clue you in on a few things.

1.  Register!  Pay!  Reserve your hotel room!  The deadline for letting the
hotel know how many people will be attending is coming soon.  Please, let's
not run out of food because people registered late.  Thanks.

2.  If you have made your hotel reservation, please call to confirm it and
double check:  did they put you in an accessible room and you don't need
one?  do you have the bed size you initially reserved?  We've had a couple
of snags, and we want to be sure that folks are getting what they are asking
for.  If things are a big hassle, or aren't working out, let me know and I
will talk to the hotel staff for you.

3.  Silent Auction!!!!  Please, please, help me get things for the silent
auction.  Are you crafty?  Do you own a business?  Do you have some fancy
thing that you aren't using anymore but might make someone else very happy?
Please, consider donating an item to the silent auction.  This is always a
lot of fun, and raises some decent money for NOLOSE every year.  Get in
touch with me to donate.
